This is our whole cow option and is the best value. With this share you are getting the whole shebang! About 500 lbs. It’s $10.60/lb. You can expect a nice mix of about 20-25% steaks, 20-25% roasts, 35-40% ground beef, and 5-10% bones and offal. Ideal for a family (or families and friends sharing) that enjoys about 9 lbs of beef per week. This is also a great option if you want to split it with friends and spread the savings out amongst yourselves. Fits well into an 18-20 cubic foot chest freezer. After the deposit is received we will arrange a time for you to pick up your share. Upon pick up you will be required to pay the balance of your share minus the deposit.
