This is a good introductory share. This share is 60-80 lbs. It’s $13.99/lb. You can expect a nice mix of about 20-25% steaks, 20-25% roasts, 40% ground beef, and 5-10% bones and offal. We do our best to divide the cuts fairly between the shares, however since this is not the whole share, you will not see every cut in this share. Ideal for folks that enjoys about 1 lb of beef per week. Fits well into your typical 3-cubic foot freezer, however if you want more than just beef in your freezer, we suggest using a chest freezer. After the deposit is received we will arrange a time for you to pick up your share in Petaluma. Upon pick up you will be required to pay the balance of your share minus the deposit.
